The Battle is not Yours, but God’s.

2 Chronicles 20:15

Hello, my dear friend at the Prophetic Corner,

I hope that your new week is going well. Last week at the Prophetic Corner, we talked about the dimension of God as the God of mercy. You can read more about it here: https://adewaleonagbesan.substack.com/p/the-god-of-my-mercy.

I know so well in my Spirit that so many people are reading this week’s prophetic corner message, facing serious challenges, struggles, and problems. However, it does not matter how serious these issues are; the Word of the LORD to you is that the battle you have been facing and fighting depends on God, not you. Yes, these battles are fierce, and they have defeated people before you, and you are now afraid and overwhelmed, but the truth is that you have no power of your own to beat them; only the LORD Whom you serve is able.

God has proven time and time again that He is the Great Warrior, the LORD of hosts, the mighty Man in battle, and defender of His children. When the battle is not yours, it means that God is in charge, and yours is to enjoy divine rest round about. It means that your winning strategy, strategic intelligence, or military capacity to go into spiritual warfare will fail without God. It means that you have no reason to be moved by situations of life; rather, enjoy the salvation of God (Ex14:13). It means that you do not have to be an actor in a situation where you should be a spectator. When the battle is the LORD’s, He will give your enemies into your hands (1 Sam 17:47).

What then is your strategy in this situation? You need to seek the LORD for clear revelation, ask for help from the Lord through prayer and fasting. Another strategy is worship and praise, as well as strong faith in God. The mercy of God should also become your strategy. You must dwell in the presence of God always. You must utilize the presence of warrior angels for they are more with you than with your enemies (2Chro32:7). In your prayers, invoke the dimension of God as – Lord God of our fathers, the God in heaven who rule over all kingdoms of the nations, the One who has power and might in His hand. Also,

It is my prayer for you that the LORD shall make you rejoice over your enemies, and He shall fight against your enemies in Jesus’ name. May the LOR fight for you and give you peace in Jesus’ name.
