The God of Jeshurun (2)

Hello my dear friend at the Prophetic Corner

I trust you had a great weekend and your new week is starting well. Last week, we began a new series “The God of Jeshurun” which you can go back to here: https://adewaleonagbesan.substack.com/p/the-god-of-jeshurun. And so today, we will continue a bit further on it.

The God of Jeshurun is God doing anything to enforce the freedom and liberty of His children (Ex9:14). He is great and the only living God and there is none beside Him (Dt4:35, 2 Sam7:22, 1Chr17:20, Isa46:9). He is God whose works can never be compared to any other works (Ps86:8) and whose name is blessed and great in might (Jer10:6).

The God of Jeshurun has several sides to Him – chastisement, greatness, the mighty hand, and stretched out arm (Dt11:2). He is the One whom you can go in His strength and speak of His high righteousness doing great things (Ps71:16, 19). He is the One whose glory fills the whole earth (Ps72:19).

The God of Jeshurun is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, which is and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty (Rev1:8, 4). He is the exalted God above the heavens and earth (Ps57:5), the One who is high above all nations and His glory above the heavens (Ps113:4). He is the One whose excellent name must be praised (Ps148:13).

To experience God as the God of Jeshurun, you must have an encounter with Him.

It is my prayer for you in this new week that the God of Jeshurun shall encounter you with favour on every side, in Jesus’ name.
